Another advance book review

The second book I reviewed for the book shop was Life Is Not a Stage.
It’s a memoir by Florence Henderson.

Who? you say?

What do you know/remember/care about Florence Henderson?
How old are you anyway?

Florence Henderson was sort of a Broadway name–doing summer
stock in musicals–had some leads.  But you may have known her
better as Mrs. Brady on the Brady Bunch.

The book seemed to be harmless enough—but I don’t think there
are enough people who will be rushing out to buy the book if it
gets published.  I did not recommend it for the book shop’s buying
list.

(I also collect buttons!) I'm looking forward to having conversations about books with people just like you----who also love books and want to talk about them. Send me an email: booksandbooks (at) comcast.net---tell me about a book you are reading. (or buttons of interest)
